Consent to texts

If you choose text message as a contact method and provide consent, The Holt Law Firm may send conversational text messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, follow-up, or administrative communications. Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of hiring the firm.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on the inquiry and follow-up needed. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help, or call the office at (714) 730-3999.

No urgent legal matters by text

No attorney-client relationship by text

Texting with the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation requires written acceptance by the firm.

By requesting text contact, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the submitted phone number.
